Video: What Williams’s latest blow really means for F1 team

It has been another difficult week for Williams, with chief technical officer Paddy Lowe taking a leave of absence and questions arising about its 2019 Formula 1 car’s legality.

The team also missed the first two days of F1 pre-season testing at Barcelona, and its latest setbacks come a little more than a week before the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.
